- Identify market opportunities, customer segment, trend and feasibility and turn into product ideas / innovation for each specific segment / channel
- Lead new health and protection product design to serve each specific market / channel
- Lead and initiate partner / reinsurer / related parties' discussion for new product innovation design with value added services / tools to create product proposition for product competitive advantage and attractiveness
- Facilitate and coordinate with relevant departments and outsources to conduct market survey for product development
- Coordinate with Product Implementation and Go-to-Market team for high level resources and cost estimation
- Prepared product concept, analysis, and feasibility to seek approval from PGC
- Collaborate with product implementation and Go-to-Market team to ensure product features, benefits, team, and conditions are well-aligned with PGC's approval and launched within agreed timeline
